La Torinese Flavors and Extracts are especially suited for making liqueurs and liquors, using simple ingredients and unflavored tax-paid alcohol such as vodka.
Cordials
To make the syrup, dissolve 10 ounces of white granulated sugar in one pint of boiling water, stirring gently until sugar is completely dissolved.
Separately, mix one-half ounce of flavor to 12 ounces of Tax-Paid alcohol.
After the syrup has cooled, add the alcohol and flavor mixture. Makes one quart.
Liquors
The proportions are half Tax-Paid alcohol and half water, adding one-half ounce of the flavor of your choice to make one quart.
Marsala & Vermouth
Use white wine, a tablespoon of sugar, 4 ounces of Tax-Paid alcohol, and add one-half ounce of flavor to make one quart.
